My journey to where I am now, has happened by stepping one foot in front of the other, sometimes back stepping, or stepping to the side or falling down but ultimately it has all unraveled and been shown to me as I have learned to trust in the magic of the universe, trust in the unknown, and lean into the great mystery! I believe we can all be alchemists of our own energy bodies, and create a life that we love, and ultimately feel good in our sacred vessels. My background is in yoga, massage, energy work, being a mother, being a friend, a sister, a daughter, and I am in constant awe of the people in my life who inspire me, and of the great earth mother, where we all come from. Its been a journey of learning and unlearning who I am and who I thought I was supposed to be, learning to use my voice even if it makes other people uncomfortable, and consistently healing wounds of my past through this life, past life, and ancestral DNA, knowing that when we are willing to sit in the dark, and feel all the heavy, mucky, messy stuff, we find the light, our own light, and then learn to hold the lantern for others.
