Private Yoga

Yoga is a deeply personal journey that I will guide you to meet your best, and honor exactly where you are. Yoga is truly for everyBODY.

You can request any style of yoga class, weather you feel like you are a beginner in need of foundational concepts and postures (asana) or a certain style of yoga. We can go on the fly and see what kind of session spirit is bringing to us that day. I offer the styles of: Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle, Beginners, Stretching, Yoga/stretch, Kundalini. All sessions will include breathwork, grounding down, and some form of meditation

sound healing

You can hire me to do sound healing sessions at your private event. I will come to any kind of party or gathering and provide your party with a deeply restful 7 chakra crystal sound bowl healing experience . I will travel around the south shore and bring the party to you for an added fee, please send me an email with the date, time and location of your event and I will quote you a price.

the base minimum is $150 hour ( I will charge based on hours so that includes round trip for travel)

Massage therapy Session

One of my specialties is Myofascial massage. It is a gentle, yet powerful approach to massage. It works with the 7 layers of skin to open and clear pathways that connect to muscle and bone. This modality relieves sore and tight muscles, moves stuck energy, and clears blockages in the lymphatic system. This may include gentle movement of extremities, lymphatic stimulation, rocking, and gentle hands on massage. Other types of massage may include swedish massage, myofascial unwinding, cranial sacral, some deep tissue (will not perform a head to toe deep tissue massage, however will absolutely use deep tissue in certain areas of the body if its needed- if you want to get your butt kicked I am not your massage therapist!)

Energy Work

I am a vessel of Universal energy, Divine cosmic energy, Earth energy, the Elements, Archangels, Ascended Masters, my Ancestors, and Spiritual Guides. Energy sessions may consist of hands on healing, chakra work, shaking, rocking, making sound, even dancing! No two sessions are alike because we tap into what is needed in the moment. I channel my guides and tap into intuition and we trust in the universal energy. Everything is channeled with loving kindness (Metta Meditation) in mind, and all intentions are set for the highest and best good for each of us.

Guided Meditation

Meditation helps with stress relief and calms the central nervous system. Sessions may include relaxing posture while practicing breathwork, and guided visualizations to take you into a meditative state. Meditations fully customized based on clients needs.
